Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mm7373 ("Platform", "us" or "company"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or access any part of our platform.

Continued use of the mm7373 platform after any changes or amendments to this Agreement are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the current applicable terms.

Registration Eligibility

Deposits and Payment Methods

Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is received, subject to successful verification. This processing period may vary depending on the withdrawal method chosen and current system load.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or before withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold are processed.
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fully completed before the bonus withdrawal can be processed.

mm7373 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to believe the transaction involves fraud, or if the user's account is under internal investigation.

• Welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.

Users agree that:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Abusive, threatening or offensive language or behaviour.
• Any action intended to damage the reputation or operations of mm7373.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mm7373 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, unrealised profits or business interruption.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk. mm7373 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or financial returns. All decisions to play and the amounts wagered are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Account Termination and Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the mm7373 customer support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

mm7373 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any terms set out in this document.
• The user is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• The account has not been used within the period specified by our inactive account policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement will first be addressed through mm7373's internal complaints resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by the relevant licensing body.
